To fix that, we put heavy-duty smart relays or PLC contactors between the power and the heater.&#xA;Think of the relay as a bridge. You tap a button on your phone or a central hub, the relay snaps shut, and the heat kicks in.&#xA;And it&amp;rsquo;s fast. Like, really fast. Because it&amp;rsquo;s short-wave infrared, you don&amp;rsquo;t have to wait for a giant slab of metal to warm up like you do with water radiators. You flip the switch, and you feel the heat almost instantly.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A word of caution on the gear&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Don&amp;rsquo;t try to be a hero here. You cannot just plug a 5kW industrial heater into a cheap smart plug you bought online. It&amp;rsquo;ll fry in seconds.&#xA;You need hardware that can actually handle the current. We usually lean toward Zigbee or Matter controllers. Why? Because in a &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;massive&lt;/a&gt; warehouse, Wi-Fi is notorious for dropping out. But remember, IR is all about line-of-sight. If you mount the heaters too high or hide them behind a big piece of machinery, your app will tell you the heat is &amp;ldquo;On,&amp;rdquo; but your team will still be shivering.&#xA;Get the height and the angle right first.
